- I was scared of mice and rats since childhood. I couldn’t even look at a dead one or watch one on TV without a feeling of panic. One day I had to get my 8 year old daughter to hold my hand and guide me along a pavement because I had seen a rat run behind a bin and refused to open my eyes – I realised it was time to do something about it. One session with Jayne has changed everything. I am definitely still not a fan of rodents but the feeling of panic has gone and I can even pick the ones up that the cat brings me!

- I cannot recommend more! I started the 5 session IBS course with Jayne back in September. I had social anxiety that I had been dealing with for several years which had been playing a significant role in the appearance of IBS symptoms, pains and discomforts. I would often experience nausea, headaches, stomach cramps and much more. I followed the course fairly meticulously, as instructed by Jayne, in order to achieve the maximum benefit; I ensured I listened to the recordings every evening (maybe I forgot a couple of times). The differences between how I feel now and when I started the course are beyond what I imagined. My anxiety has almost completely gone along with my IBS symptoms. To put the icing on the cake, friends and family have commented on how they have noticed an improvement in my mood and general well being.
